Description

Tizol Pharmacodynamics
Tizol® is a titanium glycerosolvate aqua complex and is a metal complex compound.
As a metal complex compound Tisol® is sterile and has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. Tisol® accelerates reparative processes in the skin and reduces inflammatory phenomena (erythema, swelling, infiltration), contributes to the disappearance of itching. The presence of bound glycerol molecules and titanium atom in Tizol® molecule provides protective and dehydrating, anti-edema, local analgesic effect.
In Tizol® molecule, the titanium atom chemically bonded with glycerol is a complexing center for the fragments that make up the drug molecule: glycerol and water. This interaction determines the gel structure of Tizol®, which ensures its conductivity through biological tissues and its pharmacological properties. Tizol® promotes the conductivity of drugs through the skin and mucous membranes.
