Derinat Pharmacodynamics
The drug activates cellular and humoral immunity. Optimizes specific reactions against fungal, viral and bacterial infections. The drug stimulates reparative and regenerative processes, normalizes the condition of tissues and organs in dystrophies of vascular origin. Derinat promotes healing of trophic ulcers of various etiologies. Derinat promotes rapid
healing of deep burns, significantly accelerating the dynamics of epithelialization. When restoring ulcers on the mucosa under the action of Derinat there is a scarless recovery. The drug has no teratogenic and carcinogenic actions.
Indications
Monotherapy:
-acute respiratory diseases (ARI);
-Prevention and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections (ARI);
-Ophthalmology: inflammatory and dystrophic processes, inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the mouth;
Complex therapy:
-chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other mucosal infections in gynecology;
-Acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (rhinitis, sinusitis, maxillary sinusitis, frontitis);
-obliterative diseases of the lower extremities;
-trophic ulcers, long non-healing and infected wounds (including those with diabetes);
-gangrene;
-Burns, frostbite;
-Hemorrhoids;
Post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes.
Contraindications .
Individual intolerance.
Dosage and administration
- It is used intranasally, orally, topically.
- The drug is prescribed for children from the first day of life and adults.
- For acute respiratory infections prophylaxis 2 drops or 1 spray in each nostril
- Nasal passages 2-4 times a day for 1-2 weeks.
- When symptoms of colds, the drug is placed into the nose for 2-3 drops in each nostril or 1 – 2 sprays in each nostril every
Every 1-1.5 hours, during the first day, then – 2-3 drops or 1 spray in each nostril 3-4 times a day, the course duration – 1 month. - In inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and sinuses, the drug is put in 3-5 drops or 1-2 sprays in each nasal passage 4-6 times a day.
- Course duration is 7-15 days. In diseases of the oral mucosa the drug is used to rinse 4-6 times a day (1 vial – 1-2 rinses) or the drug is sprayed evenly on the appropriate damaged areas of the mucosa, 2 – 3 sprays 4-6 times a day. The duration of treatment course is 5-10 days.
- In chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections in gynecology – intravaginal injection with cervical irrigation or intravaginal tampon administration with the drug in 5 ml per procedure, 1-2 times a day for 10-14 days.
- For hemorrhoids the drug is prescribed in the form of microclysters in the rectum by 15-40 ml. The course of treatment is 4-10 days.
- In severe inflammatory and dystrophic processes in ophthalmology – Derinat is dropped into the eyes 2-3 times a day in 1-2 drops, for 14-45 days.
- For obliterating diseases of the lower extremities the drug is put into the nose 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 6 times a day, the course duration is up to 6 months.
- In cases of postradiation necrosis of skin and mucous membranes, long non-healing wounds, burns, chilblains, trophic ulcers of different etiology, gangrene the affected areas are covered with application of gauze bandages (double layer) with 3-4 times a day or the affected surface is treated with the preparation from a sprayer 4-5 times a day by 10-40 ml (treatment course 1-3 months).
