“INDIGALPLUS in capsules
Pharmacological properties:
The drug Indigalplus has a pronounced anti-androgenic, antiproliferative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-exudative effect due to a combination of the properties of indole-3-carbinol and Sabal palm extract. Indigalplus suppresses the stimulating effect of androgens and also causes the death of prostatic cells with abnormally high proliferative activity. Unlike standard antiandrogenic drugs, which reduce dihydrotestosterone levels and therefore negatively affect the patient’s sexual functions, the antiandrogenic effect of Indigalplus is based on inhibiting the activity of androgen receptors. The mechanism of antiandrogenic action of Sabal palm extract is due to inhibition of 5-alpha reductase type 1, resulting in disruption of testosterone conversion to dihydrotestosterone, which stimulates prostate cell proliferation. Other active components of Indigalplus are antagonists of androgen receptors, and also suppress their expression at the genetic level.
Indigalplus inhibits the pathological growth of blood vessels accompanying cellular hyperproliferation. Antiandrogenic, anti-proliferative, vasoprotective actions of Indigalplus contribute to regression of hyperplasia and reduction of symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy.
The mechanism of anti-inflammatory and anti-exudative action of Indigalplus is due to the strongest antioxidative activity of its components, their ability to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, pro-inflammatory cytokines, enzymes, and transcription factors, as well as their inherent independent antibacterial activity.
Indigalplus is recommended for use in combination therapy for the treatment of chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as well as for chemoprevention of prostate cancer in these patients.

Indications
As a dietary food supplement – a source epigallocatechin-3-gallat, indole-3-carbinol.
Contraindications .
Hypersensitivity of the components, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
Dosage and administration
- Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals. The duration of intake – 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.
- A daily dose (2 capsules) contains % of the recommended daily requirement of: indole-3-carbinol for 360% (180 mg), epigallocatechin-3-gallate for 90% (90 mg).
- It is recommended to consult a physician before use.
