Prostatylene Pharmacodynamics
Has an organotropic effect on the prostate gland. Helps to reduce swelling, stasis, leukocytic infiltration of the prostate gland. Normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells. It has an anti-inflammatory effect. Has anti-aggregative activity, prevents the development of venous thrombosis in the prostate.
Indications
Chronic prostatitis.
Conditions after surgical interventions on the prostate.
Contraindications .
Hypersensitivity, age under 18 years.
Dosage and administration
- Intramuscularly 5-10 mg, once a day, for 5-10 days. Lyophilizate is dissolved in 1-2 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution or 0.25-0.5% procaine solution or injection water before intravenous injection. If necessary, repeat course in 1 to 6 months.
