Maxicold Ototita Pharmacodynamics
Phenazone has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect.
Indications
Local symptomatic treatment and pain relief for children from birth and adults:
– otitis media in the acute period at the time of inflammation;
– otitis as a complication of influenza;
– barotraumatic otitis media.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
– perforation (disturbance of the integrity) of the eardrum;
– Hypersensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives (drugs containing sodium metamizole, phenylbutazone).
Dosage and administration
- Maxicold® Ototitis is applied topically by instillation into the external auditory canal in adults and children 3-4 times a day. To avoid contact of the cold solution with the auricle, warm the bottle before use in the palms of your hands.
- The course of treatment should not exceed 10 days, after which you should reconsider the prescribed treatment.
- You should consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 2-3 days of treatment.
- If after treatment there is no improvement or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
- Use the drug only according to the method of use and in such doses as specified in the instructions. If necessary, please consult a physician before using the drug.
