Methylsulfonylmethane is an organic sulfur compound and is the key metabolite of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and contains 34% organic sulfur. MSM is a part of many endogenous proteins (including connective tissue proteins such as collagen, elastin, keratin), hormones and other metabolically active compounds. MSM has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
Numerous foreign studies have shown that MSM contributes to faster recovery of joints and muscles after exercise, has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-allergic properties. MSM is involved in the formation of connective tissue, collagen biosynthesis, which contributes to skin elasticity and muscle strength, promotes wound healing, has a positive effect on skin condition and hair growth.

Dosage and administration
- Adults take two tablets, two times a day, regardless of meals.
