Description
Cerebrolysate Pharmacodynamics
Cerebrolysat is a preparation of brain tissue, contains amino acids and biologically active peptides that penetrate through the blood-brain barrier and directly reach the nerve cells. Cerebrolysat improves metabolic processes in brain cells, enhances protein synthesis in nerve cells, increases resistance of the brain to hypoxia, hypoglycemia, intoxication, mechanical trauma; improves the regulatory mechanisms and bioelectrical activity of the brain, increases reserve compensatory capacity of cerebral hemodynamics. All this leads to a decrease in the severity of neurological deficit. Activates integrative processes in the central nervous system.
Indications
In the treatment of cerebrovascular failure (discirculatory encephalopathy, ischemic stroke (acute phase and rehabilitation phase), the state after a hemorrhagic stroke, traumatic brain injury (cerebral concussion, craniocerebral injury, conditions after brain surgery, post-traumatic asthenic syndrome, encephalopathies of various genesis, myelopathies, neuropathies, radiculopathies of various genesis (infectious, toxic, traumatic), cerebral palsy, reduced attention concentration in children.
Contraindications .
