Indications
Mild forms of chronic congestive heart failure (class I-II according to NYHA) in complex therapy
decompensation of cardiac activity in elderly people (geriatric heart)
Neurasthenia, neurosis, hysteria
Control and support of cardiac activity before and after major surgical interventions
High level of irritability and insomnia due to intensive physical activity and stress
vegetovascular dystonia.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to adonis, bromides
depression
respiratory failure
Chronic congestive heart failure of high grades (class III-IV according to NYHA)
Severe forms of hepatic and renal failure
Administration of cardiac glycosides
digitalis intoxication
hypercalcemia, hypokalemia
Bradycardia or ventricular arrhythmias.
Dosage and administration
- It is administered orally before meals.
- Adults are prescribed orally 1 tablet 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 4-6 weeks, and then there may be repeated courses with intervals of 4-6 weeks between them. In patients with impaired renal function with creatinine clearance decreasing by more than 50% of normal values, it is recommended to decrease a single dose by half or increase interval between doses to 12 hours.
