Eucalyptus tincture Pharmacodynamics
Eucalyptus tincture has a local anti-inflammatory, antiseptic action.
Indications
In the treatment of inflammatory and infectious diseases of the throat and upper respiratory tract (pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis), oral cavity (stomatitis, gingivitis).
Contraindications .
Increased individual sensitivity to Eucalyptus tincture components, children under 3 years of age.
For inhalation – bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, whooping cough.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Use in pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and child.
It is necessary to consult a physician.

 

Dosage and administration method
  • Topically, by inhalation.
  • For gargling in adults and children over 3 years old 10-15 drops per glass of water 3-4 times a day;
  • For steam inhalations – 10-15 drops per glass of water 1-2 times a day.
  • The course of treatment is 10 days.
  • If necessary, repeat courses with (or without) two-week intervals after consultation with a physician.
