A combined drug, it has a vasodilatory, analgesic and antispasmodic effect.
By reducing total peripheral resistance, acting on arterioles, the drug reduces blood pressure, improves collateral circulation, increases oxygen delivery to the heart.
Sodium metamizole has analgesic, antipyretic and mild anti-inflammatory effects. The combination of antispasmodics (bendazole and papaverine hydrochloride) with sodium metamizole increases the analgesic effect of the latter in headache, migraine. The presence of phenobarbital in the drug contributes to the sedative effect and enhances the action of the other components.
Indications
Pain syndrome associated with spasm of peripheral arteries, smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. cerebral vessels; arterial hypertension.
Contraindications .
Hypersensitivity, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, myasthenia, pregnancy (especially trimester 1), lactation, blood diseases, hypotension, glaucoma.
Dosage and administration method
- Inside, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
- Duration of use without medical advice should not exceed 7 days.
