Pharmacodynamics
The active ingredients that make up the drug provide a wide range of antimicrobial effects in case of skin and mucous membrane lesions by infectious pathogens. The drug also exhibits a fungicidal effect in fungal infections of the outer integument.
Indications
Treatment of skin diseases caused by pathogens sensitive to the drug: various types of dermatomycetes (trichophyton, microsporums, epidermophytons), microbial eczema, oily and mixed forms of seborrhea.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity of the skin to the components of the drug. Age up to 12 years. Pregnancy, lactation period. Chronic allergic dermatoses.
Special Security Measures
Treatment with the drug should be carried out under the supervision of a physician and follow the recommended doses.
Do not apply the drug to large surfaces of the body and avoid getting the drug into the eyes.
Treatment with Boric acid, phenol, resorcinol (Fucorcin) solution should be carried out with caution in patients with impaired renal function.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
The simultaneous use of topical antifungal antibiotics such as griseofulvin, clotrimazole, drugs containing phenol, boric acid, and hormonal drugs should be avoided. With simultaneous use with drugs for external use, allergic reactions may occur.
If you use any other medicines at the same time, you should inform your doctor.
Use during pregnancy or lactation
Do not use for women during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage and administration
Lubricate the affected areas of the skin and mucous membranes with the solution 1-3 times a day until clinical recovery. The course of treatment is determined by the doctor.
Children
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Overdose
With prolonged use of the drug and its use on large areas of the skin, phenomena characteristic of phenol poisoning (dizziness, weakness, respiratory disorders, collapse) may occur. In the event of such phenomena, it is necessary for the patient to provide access to fresh air, wash off the drug with water from the skin and carry out symptomatic treatment.
Overdose may increase side effects, allergic reactions.
