Description

Pineamin Pharmacodynamics
The drug optimizes epiphyseal-hypothalamic relations, normalizes the function of the anterior pituitary lobe and the balance of gonadotropic hormones.
A double-blind placebo-controlled study of the drug in a population of postmenopausal women found a significant reduction in the severity of menopausal disorders, as measured by the Kupperman index, due to the positive effects of the drug on the neurovegetative manifestations of the menopausal syndrome.
Earlier preclinical studies on experimental animals during prolonged (30 and 90 days) intramuscular injections of PINEAMINE showed no negative effect on the main systems (nervous, cardiovascular, hematopoietic, urinary and respiratory) and on the metabolism and general state of the body.

Indications
Neurovegetative disorders in menopausal women with contraindications to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or refusal of its implementation.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity or intolerance to any of the drug components, children under 18 years of age, pregnancy and lactation, metrorrhagia (bloody discharge from reproductive tracts of unclear genesis), hyperestrogenism. Do not use in patients with estrogen-dependent tumors.
Administration during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is not intended for use during pregnancy and lactation.
