Description

Pentaflucin Daytime Pharmacodynamics
Pentaflucin daily is a combination drug. Pharmacological effects are due to the complex action of the components that make up the drug.
Paracetamol has antipyretic and analgesic effect, blocks cyclooxygenase enzyme type 1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase enzyme type 2 (COX-2) mainly in the central nervous system, affecting the pain and thermoregulation centers.
Ascorbic acid – plays an important role in the regulation of redox processes, carbohydrate metabolism, blood coagulation, tissue regeneration, increases the body’s resistance.
Caffeine has psychostimulant (stimulates psychomotor centers of the brain), analeptic effect, increases the analgesic effect of paracetamol, eliminates drowsiness and fatigue, increases physical and mental performance.
Calcium gluconate – is a source of calcium in the body, it has anti-allergic effect (mechanism is unclear), prevents the development of high permeability and fragility of blood vessels, which causes hemorrhagic processes during influenza and acute respiratory viral infections, and also restores the capillary blood circulation.
Rutoside – reduces capillary permeability and fragility, has antioxidant properties.

Pentaflucin daytime is used in adults for symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory diseases (ARI) and acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI), accompanied by fever, chills, headache and muscle pain.
