Phospholipides, sodium glycyrrhizate (Phosphogliv) intravenous injections are indicated in fatty liver degeneration, alcoholic or toxic liver damage.

Phospholipides, sodium glycyrrhizate (Phosphogliv) Pharmacodynamics
Combined agent. It has hepatoprotective, membrane stabilizing and antiviral effect.

 

Indications
– Fatty liver degeneration (hepatosis);
– Alcoholic, toxic, including drug-induced liver damage;
– In the treatment of viral hepatitis, cirrhosis and psoriasis.

 

Contraindications .
– Hypersensitivity to glycyrrhizic acid, phosphatidylcholine or other components of the drug;
– Antiphospholipid syndrome;
– Pregnancy (data on efficacy and safety are insufficient);
– Breast-feeding (data on efficacy and safety are insufficient);
– Childhood under 12 years of age (data about efficacy and safety are insufficient).

 

Dosage and administration
  • Adults and children over 12 years of age.
  • Intravenously, dissolving the powder in 10 ml of water for injection.
  • Carry out intravenous injection slowly.
  • Administer 10 ml daily 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening for 10 days and then switch to oral administration of the drug as capsules. Course duration may be increased upon doctor’s recommendation.
