Pancreatin-LekT – [90 tablets]

It compensates insufficiency of external secretory function of pancreas, has proteolytic, amylolytic and lipolytic action. As part of Pancreatin enzymes (lipase, alpha-amylase, trypsin, chymotrypsin) contribute to the breakdown of proteins to amino acids, fats to glycerol and fatty acids, starch to dextrins and monosaccharides. Improves the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, normalizes digestive processes.

Trypsin inhibits stimulated pancreatic secretion, exerting analgesic effect.

Pancreatic enzymes are released from the dosage form in the alkaline environment of the small intestine, since they are protected from the action of gastric juice by a coating.

Maximal enzymatic activity is observed 30-45 minutes after oral administration.

Substitution therapy in external pancreatic insufficiency: chronic pancreatitis, pancreatectomy, radiation, dyspepsia, Remheld syndrome (gastrocardia syndrome), cystic fibrosis, flatulence, and non-infectious diarrhea

Impaired food digestion (condition after resection of the stomach and small intestine), for improving digestion of food in persons with normal GIT function in case of poor nutrition (fatty food, large meals, irregular meals) and in cases of mastication disorders, sedentary lifestyle, prolonged immobilization

Preparation for X-ray and ultrasound examination of the abdominal cavity

Contraindications .

Hypersensitivity to the drug components, acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, children under 3 years of age.

Pregnancy and lactation:

The safety of pancreatin use in pregnancy has not been studied sufficiently. Use is possible in cases when the expected benefits to the mother exceed the potential risk to the fetus. Experimental studies have shown that pancreatin has no teratogenic effect.
