Oxyethylammonium methylphenoxy acetate (Trekrezan) 200 mg – [10 tablets]

Trekresan belongs to the group of adaptogenic drugs. Trecresan stimulates the production of alpha and gamma interferons, which determines the spectrum of its biological activity (immunostimulatory, adaptogenic), affects the immune status of the body by activating the cellular and humoral parts of immunity, stimulates phagocytic activity of macrophages. The exact mechanism of action of oxyethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate is not established.

These immunological effects of the drug, increase endurance during physical and mental stress, reduce the effects of various toxins, increase the body’s resistance to hypoxia, low and high temperatures and other unfavorable environmental factors.

As part of the complex therapy:

– In the prevention and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections;

– In a period of high intellectual and physical stress;

– To increase the body’s resistance to different stresses (hypoxia, overheating, hypothermia) and adverse environmental conditions (a sudden change of climate, adaptation to changes in atmospheric pressure).

Contraindications .

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.

Childhood under 12 years of age (due to lack of data on the efficacy and safety of administration).

Hereditary lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or impaired glucose and galactose absorption.

With caution:

Diabetes mellitus (see section “Special Precautions”).

Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated for use in pregnancy and during breastfeeding (due to lack of data on efficacy and safety of use).

– For prevention of acute respiratory infections as part of treatment: Adults and children over 12 years are prescribed 1 tablet (200 mg) per day after meals. A total of 14 tablets (total dose 2800 mg) for a course of 14 days;

– For treatment of acute respiratory viral infections as part of complex therapy: Adults and children over 12 years old are prescribed 1 tablet (600 mg) 3 times daily for the first day, 1 tablet (200 mg) for the next 7 days. A total of 10 tablets (total dose of 2000 mg) for the course of 8 days;

– during high intellectual and physical exertion, as part of complex therapy for adults and children over 12 years of age – 3 tablets (600 mg) daily for the first day, and 1 tablet (200 mg) for the next 7 days. A total of 10 tablets (total dose of 2000 mg) for a course of 8 days;

– to increase body resistance to different stress factors (hypoxia, overheating, hypothermia) and adverse environmental effects (rapid change of climate, adaptation to atmospheric pressure changes), as part of a complex therapy for adults and children over 12 years, 3 tablets (600 mg) daily for the first day, 1 tablet (200 mg) for the next 7 days. A total of 10 tablets (total dose of 2000 mg) for a course of 8 days.
