Description
Normoenzyme Pharmacodynamics
Normoenzyme is a combined enzyme preparation that improves digestion, the effect of which is due to the components included in its composition. It has proteolytic, amylolytic and lipolytic action. It has a protective coating, which does not dissolve before entering the small intestine, which protects the enzymes from the damaging effects of gastric juice. The drug compensates for insufficient pancreatic and biliary function of the liver. Promotes rapid and complete digestion, eliminates symptoms resulting from digestive disorders (feeling of heaviness and overfilling of the stomach, flatulence, diarrhea). It improves the process of digestion in children; stimulates the release of pancreatic, stomach and small intestine enzymes and bile.
Enzymes included in the preparation – amylase, lipase and protease – facilitate the digestion of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which contributes to their more complete absorption in the small intestine.
Biliary components act choleretic, contribute to the emulsification of fats, accelerate fat digestion, contribute to the release of lipase by the pancreas, improve the absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins A, E, K.
The enzyme gemicellulase breaks down cellulose (part of the plant shells), which also improves digestion, reduces fermentation and gas formation in the intestine.
Indications
– Insufficiency of pancreatic external secretory function (chronic pancreatitis, fibrosis);
– Chronic inflammatory-dystrophic diseases of the stomach (chronic gastritis), intestines (enterocolitis), liver, gallbladder;
– Condition after resection or irradiation of the digestive system, accompanied by impaired digestion, flatulence, diarrhea (as part of combination therapy);
– to improve digestion in patients with normal gastrointestinal function in case of abnormalities in the diet, as well as in cases of impaired masticatory function, forced prolonged immobilization, sedentary lifestyle;
– preparation for radiological and ultrasound examination of the abdominal cavity;
– flatulence, diarrhea of non-infectious genesis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, hepatitis, hepatic insufficiency, hepatic coma or precoma, mechanical jaundice, hyperbilirubinemia, gallstone disease, gallbladder empyema, intestinal obstruction, glucose-galactose malabsorption, as the drug contains lactose, children (under 3 years).
Caution
Cystic fibrosis, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
