Description

Motherwort tincture Pharmacodynamics
Has a strong sedative, moderate cardiotonic (slows rhythm and increases the force of heart contractions) action, has moderate hypotensive properties.

Indications
Increased nervous irritability, sleep disorders, neurasthenia, neurocirculatory

Contraindications .
Hypersensitivity to the drug components, erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (acute phase), pregnancy, breast-feeding, children (under 12 years).
With caution: liver disease, alcoholism, brain injury, brain disease, children over 12 years of age, epilepsy.
Administration during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and during breast-feeding.

Dosage and administration

  • Inside 30 minutes before a meal. Adults and children over 12 years: 30-50 drops of tincture, diluted in 1/4 cup water, 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment – 3-4 weeks.
  • If after treatment no improvement or symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor. Use the drug only according to those indications, that method of use and in those doses specified in the instructions.
