Motherwort Forte Pharmacodynamics
It has a calming effect, decreases the frequency and increases the strength of heart contractions, has hypotensive properties. The nature of the effect is similar to that of valerian drugs.
Indications
Vibration nervous irritability, neurasthenia, insomnia, neurocirculatory dystonia.
Contraindications .
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. Gastric and duodenal ulcer in the phase of lactase and/or sucrose/isomaltase exacerbation, lactose and/or fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, pregnancy, breast-feeding period, children under 12 years of age.
Caution
Patients with diabetes and people on a low-carbohydrate diet.
Dosage and administration
- Inside. Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (28 mg) 1-2 times a day 1 hour before a meal. The course of treatment – 3-4 weeks. The retreatment course is possible by doctor’s recommendation.
