Description

Spasgel Pharmacodynamics
The mechanism of action of the drug is associated with inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
It has local anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and analgesic effect in treating diseases of joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, skin, veins, lymph vessels and lymph nodes. In joint syndrome causes pain relief at rest and when moving, reduction of morning stiffness and joint swelling.

 

Indications
– Diseases of the musculoskeletal system (articular syndrome with gout exacerbation, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis with radicular syndrome, radiculitis, inflammatory ligament and tendonitis, lumbago, bursitis, sciatica, psoriatic arthritis);
– Muscle pain of rheumatic and non-rheumatic origin;
– Musculoskeletal injuries (including sports), post-traumatic inflammation of soft tissue.

 

Contraindications .
– Hypersensitivity to ketoprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (history of bronchospasm, urticaria, rhinitis, caused by taking acetylsalicylic acid);
– Moist dermatoses, eczema, infected abrasions, wounds;
– Children (under 6 years of age);
– III trimester pregnancy, lactation.
With caution:
Gastrointestinal erosive and ulcerative lesions, expressed renal and hepatic dysfunction, hepatic porphyria, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, pregnancy I-II trimester, children age.

 

Dosage and administration.

 

  • Outwardly.
  • A small amount of gel (3-5 cm) applied 2-3 times a day, a thin layer and lightly rubbing.
  • Children from 6 to 12 years – up to 3 cm no more than 2 times a day.
  • Duration of treatment without medical advice should not exceed 14 days.
