Description
Hymecromone (Holicron) Pharmacodynamics
A diuretic drug. Hymecromone is a coumarin derivative. Increases bile formation and accelerates its excretion through the biliary tract. It reduces bile stagnation in gallbladder, prevents crystallization of cholesterol and thus formation of gallstones.
