Glucosamine sulfate has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, fills the endogenous deficiency of glucosamine, stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid synovial fluid, increases the permeability of joint capsule, restores the enzymatic processes in the cells of synovial membrane and articular cartilage. Contributes to the fixation of sulfur in the synthesis of chondroitinous acid, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in the joints, restores their function, reducing joint pain.
Indications
Osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and joints of the spine, osteochondrosis.
Contraindications .
Hypersensitivity to glucosamine sulfate and other components of the drug. Severe CPN, pregnancy, lactation.
It is not recommended to prescribe the drug in children (under 12 years of age) due to the lack of clinical data in this category of patients.
Caution:
With intolerance to seafood (shrimp, shellfish), the likelihood of allergic reactions to the drug increases. Bronchial asthma, diabetes.
How to use and dosages.
