Increasing environmental pollution, unhealthy diet, excessive fatty food, uncontrolled use of drugs and alcohol – all this increases the burden on the liver. State of the liver strongly affects overall health, efficiency, quality of sleep. Therefore, the liver needs to be supported. Requires a well-chosen diet and compliance with dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Need to eliminate from the diet:
“fast” carbohydrates in the form of bread, pastries, pasta from soft varieties of wheat;
Canned foods (including mayonnaise, ketchups, and anything with preservatives);
pickles;
Hot condiments and sauces;
any semi-finished foods (dumplings, pancakes, soups), smoked meats, sausages;
Strong coffee, tea, and sweet carbonated drinks;
alcohol.
Vitamin B12 (found in large amounts in animal liver, fish, and dairy products) is also needed to keep the liver working properly. Foods such as carrots, parsnips, Jerusalem artichoke, beets, strawberries, citrus fruits, and some plants are especially good for liver health.
Milk thistle is a species of herbaceous plant in the genus Milk thistle, Asteraceae family. Flowers are tubular, red, purple or white. The fruit is a compressed achene with a tuft of white scabrous hairs. Milk thistle seeds contain up to 32% edible fatty oil. One of the biologically active components is silymarin. This substance strengthens liver cell membranes, can protect them from the penetration of harmful substances, toxins.
Indications
BAA “Hepakomb. Milk thistle” contains a natural standardized extract of milk thistle. Standardization of the extract (identification of biologically active substances) is made by the content of flavolignans in terms of silymarin.
Dietary supplements “Hepacomb. Milk thistle” is recommended as a dietary food supplement – a source of flavolignans.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breast-feeding.

Dosage and administration
- Adults take 1 capsule 1 time a day with meals. The duration of intake – 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.
