Extract of helichrysum (Flamin) Pharmacodynamics
Herbal remedy, has a choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and wound healing effect. Increases the secretion of bile and increases the content of bilirubin in it, increases the tone of the gallbladder and promotes the outflow of bile. It has a relaxing effect on smooth muscle of gallbladder sphincters and biliary tract, changes viscosity and chemical composition of bile.
By stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing down the evacuatory function of the stomach and intestines, it promotes better digestion. Activates external secretory activity of the pancreas; dilates blood vessels of the intestine.
By promoting the excretion of cholesterol with bile, has hypocholesterolemic effect; has antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, increases the activity of metronidazole and aminoquinol in the treatment of giardiasis.
Indications
Chronic hepatocholecystitis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia.
Contraindications .
Individual intolerance to Extract of helichrysum (Flamin), cholelithiasis, obstructive jaundice.
Pregnancy and lactation:
It is not recommended to use during pregnancy and lactation due to lack of special studies.
Directions for use and dosages.
- Oral administration.
- 1 tablet 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals (with a little warm water).
- If necessary – 2 tablets 2-3 times a day.
- The course of treatment 10-40 days.
