INDIGAL Description
“INDIGAL in 400 mg capsules
Pharmacological properties
The active ingredients of Indigal have antiandrogenic, antiproliferative and antioxidant effects. Unlike standard antiandrogenic drugs that negatively affect sexual function in men, the effect of Indigal is based on reducing the activity of androgen receptors, which is carried out at the molecular level. Therefore, Indigal has no negative effect on male sexual functions.
Indigal inhibits the pathological growth of blood vessels accompanying cellular hyperproliferation and thus prevents the growth of neoplasms. Components of Indigal with anti-androgenic and anti-proliferative action provide a preventive effect against prostate cancer.
Indigal is recommended for use as a means of chemoprevention of prostate cancer in patients with elevated levels of prostatic specific antigen (PSA), including as part of the complex therapy of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as well as in patients with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN).
