Description
Diosmin + hesperidin Pharmacodynamics
The combination of hesperidin and diosmin has venotonic and angioprotective properties.
It reduces venous distensibility and venous stasis, decreases capillary permeability and increases their resistance, improves indices of venous hemodynamics. It affects the following venous plethysmographic parameters: venous capacity, venous distensibility, time of venous emptying. The optimal effect is achieved when taking 1000 mg of the drug.
The combination of hesperidin+diosmin increases venous tone by reducing the time of venous emptying. In patients with signs of severe microcirculatory disorders, there is an increase in capillary resistance.
The combination hesperidin+diosmin is effective in the treatment of chronic diseases of lower limb veins, as well as in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
Indications
