Description

Corilip Pharmacodynamics
Combined drug, the effect of which is determined by the effects of its constituent vitamins and coenzymes, as well as their synergistic action.
Cocarboxylase (coenzyme) catalyzes carboxylation and decarboxylation of a-keto acids, participates in the processes of carbohydrate metabolism. Through participation in the pentose cycle it indirectly regulates the synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids. Helps correct metabolic acidosis and cellular hypoxia, as well as other metabolic disorders (liver, kidney, cardiovascular system, chronic intoxication).
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) as a coenzyme of flavin proteins is involved in the regulation of redox reactions (in the processes of carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism). It plays an important role in the synthesis of hemoglobin and in maintaining normal visual function of the eye, the condition of mucous membranes and skin.
Thioctic acid is involved in oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvic acid and other a-keto acids, in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, plays an important role in energy production in the body. Thioctic acid has hepatoprotective effect, improves the detoxifying function of the liver, protects against the effects of exo- and endotoxins.
Corylip improves tissue metabolism in various physiological and pathological conditions in need of correction by cofactors and substrates.

Indications
The drug is indicated for use with prophylactic and therapeutic purposes in the treatment of various pathological conditions in children and adults, such as:
– Chronic tissue hypoxia;
– Reduced immunity;
– Bacterial and viral infections, including acute intestinal infections;

– Chronic intoxications;
– Nutritional disorders (hypotrophy) in children.
Children before admission to children’s institutions, before prophylactic vaccinations.
Adults and children at intense physical and mental stress, in stressful situations, conditions after serious illness.
As a general prophylactic for adults and children during epidemics of infectious diseases.
As a metabolic agent in women in preparation for pregnancy and in the development of feto-placental insufficiency during pregnancy.
