Combined drug, has an astringent, antacid, laxative and antispasmodic effect. Magnesium hydroxycarbonate reduces the acidity of gastric juice, reduces the activity of pepsin. Bismuth subnitrate forms a protective film on the mucous membrane of the stomach, with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, reparative effect. Calamus rhizomes, having antispasmodic action, and grinding alder bark, which has a laxative effect, helps to improve the passage of the intestine.
Indications
Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, hyperacid gastritis with increased secretory function of the stomach.
Contraindications .
Hypersensitivity, hypoacid gastritis, chronic renal insufficiency, enterocolitis, children under 18 years of age (effectiveness and safety have not been determined), pregnancy, lactation (breast-feeding).
Administration during pregnancy and breast-feeding
Application of the drug in pregnancy and during breast-feeding is contraindicated.
Dosage and administration method.
- Inside, 1-1.5 hours after a meal, with a small amount (1/4 cup) of water, 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.
- The course of treatment is usually 1-2 months.
- If necessary, the course is repeated after a one-month break.
