It is a combined preparation. It has anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic and analgesic effects. It has a positive effect on the course of the pathological process in benign prostatic hyperplasia. Reduces pain in the prostate region and facilitates urination.
Pumpkin seed oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and trace elements.
Timol has a marked antibacterial effect on microorganisms, is highly active against coccus flora.
Rectal route of administration in chronic prostatitis is preferable, given that the active substances enter the bloodstream, bypassing the liver. Thus, the rapid onset of therapeutic effect is provided and the possibility of inactivation of the drug in the digestive tract and liver is excluded, which leads to creation of therapeutic concentration of active substances in the secretion and prostate tissue. Against the background of using the drug the inflammatory reaction from the prostate gland tissue is reduced.
Indications
– Chronic bacterial and abacterial prostatitis;
– Benign prostatic hyperplasia (symptomatic treatment).

Dosage and administration
- The suppositories are administered in the rectum – 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 14 days.
- If necessary, repeat courses of therapy may be appointed.
