Retasol Pharmacodynamics
Isotretinoin is one of the biologically active forms of vitamin A. It inhibits the terminal differentiation of sebocytes, hyperproliferation of epithelium of exit ducts of sebaceous glands, normalizes the composition of their secretion and facilitates its evacuation. The solution has antiseborrheic, anti-inflammatory, keratolytic effect, enhances the regeneration of the skin.
