VITAMIN C
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an antioxidant that is essential for growth and repair processes in tissues, adrenal function, strengthen the body’s defenses. Vitamin C protects the body from the harmful effects of environmental pollution, contributes to the prevention of malignant diseases, infections, and enhances immunity. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. It can also reduce cholesterol levels and helps normalize blood pressure, prevents the development of atherosclerosis. Vitamin C is essential for the formation of collagen, protects against blood clots and bruising, and accelerates the healing of wounds and burns. Since the body does not produce vitamin C, it should be supplemented with food or in the form of biologically active food supplements.
EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL
The main constituent of Eucalyptus essential oil is cineol (at least 60%). In addition to cineole, there are also pinene, myrtenol, pinocarvone, globulon, and aliphatic aldehydes – isovalerian, capronic, caprylic. Eucalyptus essential oil is widely used for inhalation in diseases of the upper respiratory tract, purulent bronchitis, lung abscesses. In a mixture with other essential oils is effective in colds and rheumatic pains. Essential oil is used internally as an expectorant and antibacterial agent in diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL
The main component of sage essential oil (Salvia officinalis L.) is thujol (salviol) – 30-40%, quite a lot contains cineole (about 15%) and borneol (8-14%), also present α-pinene and other terpenes. Sage essential oil has antifungal activity. When inflammation of the respiratory system is good inhalation of essential oil.
PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
The main component of peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita L.) L-menthol (50-80%), which is used for inhalations for asthma, chronic bronchitis. Lemon essential oil (Citrus limon L.) contains about 95 % of terpenes, mainly limonene, about 3 % citral, 1 % geranyl acetate and some citronellol. Lemon oil has bactericidal, virucidal and antioxidant properties. Used for the prevention of acute respiratory infections and influenza.
THYME ESSENTIAL OIL
Thyme essential oil (Thymus vulgaris L.) contains up to 40% thymol, carvacrol, n-cymol, monoterpenoids, sesquiterpene caryophyllene. Thyme essential oil has antimicrobial properties. Liquid extract of thyme herb is used in diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL
Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) is obtained from fresh leaves by distillation with water vapor. It contains α-pinene (30%), camphor (20%), borneol (10%), cineol (10%), boronyl acetate (up to 7%), various esters and sesquiterpenes. Rosemary essential oil exhibits pronounced antimicrobial properties and high antioxidant activity. Rosemary preparations are also indicated in diseases of the respiratory system, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma.
CLOVE ESSENTIAL OIL
Clove essential oil is obtained from the flowers of clove tree (Caryophyllus aromaticus L.). The oil contains 70-85% eugenol, acetyl eugenol (about 3%) and caryophyllene – a mixture of bicyclic sesquiterpenes. Clove oil has antibacterial and antiviral effect. It increases nonspecific defense factors, has an immunomodulatory effect, is used as an antiseptic.
Indications
As a dietary food supplement – an additional source of vitamin C source of menthol. Complex of essential oils has antimicrobial properties. Helps to improve the upper respiratory tract and throat, relieve irritation (tickling) in the throat, easier breathing and swallowing.

Dosage and administration
