Omega-3 Duo Renewal is a soft transparent gelatin capsule, the contents – an oily liquid from light yellow to yellow in color with a taste and smell characteristic of the product.
Omega-3 PUFAs are considered to be essential nutrients, they are not synthesized in the body and must be taken regularly with food.
The main source of omega-3 PUFAs for humans is a variety of marine oily cold-water fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel).
The main functions of omega-3 PUFAs are their participation in the formation of cell membrane phospholipids and the synthesis of biologically active substances – eicosanoids: prostacyclins, prostaglandins, leukotrienes and thromboxanes.
These substances play an active role in regulation of functions of the whole organism, especially cardiovascular system.

Contraindications

Dosage and administration
- Adults and children over 14 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day with food, drinking water.
- The duration of intake – 1 month.
- If necessary, the reception can be repeated 3-4 times a year.
